Due to the COVID-19 the Town Administrative Office is closed to the public. However, there are several ways you may still make your utility and tax payments on time. Our office has a "mail slot" where residents can drop their payments into (cheque or cash), you can pay bills with online banking (unless you bank with Royal Bank), mail a cheque to Box 540, Onoway, AB T0E 1V0 or pay at a banking institution (note: some banks are currently closed to the public).
One other option that you may choose to use, is to sign up for automatic with monthly withdrawal. You can fill out the below forms and email them to email@example.com. Monthly utility payments automatically come out of your account on the last business day of the month and monthly tax payments automatically come out of your account on the 17th of each month.
