Payment Options Utility/Tax

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Town of Onoway office has several options to pay utility, tax, account receivable and business licence accounts.  When using any of these payment methods, please remember to include your name and account number, along with invoice number if applicable.

  • Pay using your online banking.
  • Pay by etransfer to info@onoway.ca
  • Pay by putting a cheque and bill slip in the mail slot at the front door of the Town Office.
  • NEW Pay using Optionpay (you can use credit cards for this payment option that has fees attached that will not be refunded)

Is there a added charge to using Optionpay? 

Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule. No Fees will be refunded.

Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?

The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service, and not through the Town of Onoway.
